K meditacím jsem se dostala kvůli tomu, že mě vozila z práce záchranka skoro každý měsíc a půl s těžkými migrénami, doktoři nevěděli co se mnou. Tak jsem zkoušela rok vařit i makrobiotiku, ale s manželem jsme oba ohromně zhubli.
